Product Testing Associate – Mobile App & Smart Health Device

We are a health technology startup seeking current college students and recent graduates to participate in the testing of our mobile app and connected smart device. This remote, flexible role is a good opportunity for someone interested in gaining practical experience with consumer technology, digital health, product development, or user research.

You will use the product in real-world situations, evaluate how easy it is to understand, and help our team identify areas that need improvement. No previous technical or product-testing experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Complete assigned testing activities using our mobile app and smart device
• Evaluate account setup, onboarding, device connection, and key app features
• Identify technical problems, unclear instructions, and unexpected product behavior
• Describe your experience from the perspective of a new user
• Submit organized feedback using written notes, screenshots, screen recordings, or brief videos
• Suggest ways to make the product simpler, clearer, and more useful
• Communicate honestly about features that worked well and areas that caused difficulty

Who We’re Looking For

• A current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
• Dependable, observant, and able to complete assignments on schedule
• Comfortable learning and using mobile apps and Bluetooth-connected devices
• Able to explain problems and experiences in a clear, specific way
• Interested in health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, consumer products, or technology
• Open to providing thoughtful and constructive feedback
