The pay was low. There a a high caseload and a lot of overtime was required and unpaid. To my knowledge they high experienced adjusters. Inexperienced adjusters weren’t provided with adequate training. I loved my coworkers

Small perks don't make up for low salary

The majority of my co-workers are friendly, helpful and team players.
Small perks such as being able to wear jeans on Fridays, March Madness bracket contest, Thanksgiving and Christmas lunch provided by company.
Salary less than other companies with little chance for increases.
