Loved working here but there have been no raises or promotions in 2 years. Team is amazing which is why I stay! If promotions remain on hold in 2025, I will be looking elsewhere.

Long distances to travel, lack of CRAs, some line managers are supportive. Company receives less projects, also firing a number of employees, think twice. Good salary but overloaded.
