Great culture but needs to pay accordingly

I LOVE working at LSU. The students are great and my supervisors and supportive and professional. My only complaint, and I knew this when I accepted the job, is that for a person with a doctorate, I am paid very, very poorly. Although I work full-time, I am paid what I consider to be a half time salary...Show more

Great staff stressful job

Enjoyed working with the people at LSU. Job is very stressful. Very few guidelines about teaching courses and classroom protocol. Graduate student instructors deserve more pay, sick days, leave, and insurance, none of which are provided....Show more
