I had worked at Best Buy for 5+ years and it had its ups and downs. During covid they had let a lot of people go without notice which left a bad taste in my mouth. The discount is amazing and the benefits are okay depending on what you’ll need.

Best Buy used to be a great place to work as a technician. Pay was above the industry standard, the culture was on display and mangers seemed to care more.
