Family like atmosphere

Working on the banks is great, you become very close with your coworkers and some of the customers. However the wages are very low and there’s almost no way to get promoted. Mostly part time hour jobs also.

Off and on

It's a nice place to work but I feel as though we are underpaid for the amount of work we are expected to produce. It's scattered and you're often expected to do over time. I will say that they are flexible with missing (to a point) and are pretty understanding as a whole. ...Show more

Good Starter Bank

Great Southern is great for someone just looking to start a career in banking and not great for raises. Yearly raises and bonuses are minimal and management is acceptable. Sales goals are recommendations and not a hard goal.
