You can have a great time but the pay is really low. There also isn’t much moving up you can really do since these are franchises with different owners usually.

I enjoyed my time here, loved the members and my manage. However, some owners do not care about input from trainers and very difficult to get a raise for how much one on one training you do.

It’s not a bad job if you need hours and okay pay. One big perk was I got a gym membership for free. I enjoyed the clients who came in. Our manager had some unrealistically high expectations for the workers, excepting us to treat this as a full time job with benefits which it very much was not. But overall...Show more
