Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Site Leader to oversee the daily operations of our distribution facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and logistics, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive process improvements. As a Site Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing productivity, and maintaining high safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the efficiency of our distribution network while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Dutie
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment focused on safety and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all operational areas.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience supervising warehouse teams and managing distribution operations.
- Expertise in process management methodologies such as Lean and continuous improvement strategies to optimize workflows.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively convey expectations, provide feedback, and foster teamwork.
