Job Overview

Loway Logistics LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Box Truck Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will operate company-provided box trucks to complete both local and over-the-road (OTR) delivery routes while ensuring timely, safe, and professional service to customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment with varying route distances.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-provided box trucks for local and over-the-road (OTR) delivery routes
• Pick up, transport, and deliver freight in a timely and professional manner
• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route progress and any delays
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations when applicable
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled to prevent damage
• Maintain cleanliness and care of company equipment
• Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations

Experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL license not required but beneficial
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
• Reliable transportation to and from reporting location
• Ability to lift packages and freight as needed
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Must report fit for duty and maintain professionalism while representing the company
• Flexibility to run both local and OTR routes when scheduled
