Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of trucks, including tankers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. This role involves route driving and delivering freight to various locations while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods.

Duties

Operate assigned truck types including tanker, flatbed, dump truck, and roll-off truck for the transportation of goods.
Load and unload freight securely and efficiently at designated locations.
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery schedules, and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise during transport.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to trucking operations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities.
Experience in handling various types of freight is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to truck driving.
Ability to operate different types of trucks such as tankers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
