*MONDAY THROUGHT FRIDAY- TWO SHIFT SLOTS*

*2 PM-6 PM*

5 PM- 9 PM*

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.

Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing
- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed
- Assist with facilities maintenance such as light repairs and upkeep
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility
- Execute custodial duties to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Support industrial cleaning operations when required

Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or related roles
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and floor care procedures
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Previous experience as a porter is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
