Office Manager / AP Manager
Tatum Homes | Oklahoma City / Moore Area
Tatum Homes is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Office Manager / AP Manager to support daily operations and take ownership of our Accounts Payable process.
This is a key, high-impact role. The right person will be someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays on top of everything, and keeps the office running smoothly without things slipping through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and customers
- Managing high-volume Accounts Payable from start to finish
- Scanning, coding, and entering invoices daily
- Tracking approvals and keeping invoices moving
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness at all times
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Cutting checks and assisting with payment processing
- Tracking subcontractor insurance and requesting updated certificates
- Maintaining clean, organized digital and physical filing systems
- Ordering office supplies and handling general office coordination
- Assisting with job tracking and internal operations
- Handling mail, deliveries, and basic banking tasks
- Coordinating utilities and builder’s risk insurance for new projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience (construction experience is a plus)
- Strong experience with Accounts Payable and invoice entry
- Extremely detail-oriented — accuracy is critical in this role
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Sage 100 Contractor or similar accounting software preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
