This is an excellent opportunity for an operations-minded professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting customers, and helping drive business growth. The global microscope service market is projected to grow 11.4% through 2030, and we are building the team that will help lead that growth.

This is not a basic dispatcher role. We are seeking a highly organized professional to coordinate service operations, support customer relationships, improve workflow efficiency, and help maximize the performance of our growing technical service department.

Compensation

• $48,000–$62,000 annual salary (DOE)
• Monthly revenue-based bonus opportunity

What You'll Own

• Coordinate and optimize technician schedules and service appointments
• Utilize scheduling software, CRM tools, and modern technology to improve efficiency
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding service needs and upcoming maintenance
• Prepare quotations and respond to RFQs
• Process work orders and service documentation through QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate records and support KPI reporting
• Support workflow improvements and operational efficiencies across the service department
• Help support the continued growth of our technical service organization

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, service coordination, scheduling, project coordination, or related business support roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Interest in utilizing AI tools, automation, and modern technology to improve efficiency
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Military veterans and candidates with military logistics, operations, or administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply
