What You'll Do

Your primary duties will be to present custom painting solutions and provide on-site estimates to potential clients.

• Schedule and meet with residential and commercial clients for appointments.
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services.
• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize a value-based, integrity-driven sales approach.
• Optional trainings and meetings are available to sharpen your skills and become an expert in our product offerings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, your own reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–60 lbs. of materials.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and devices for sales presentations.
• Previous outside sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required—we can train you to be successful.
• Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson License (HIS) from the CSLB.
