Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated B2B Sales Representatives with a proven track record in the printing or packaging industry. This position is ideal for established reps who want to expand their portfolio and earn top-tier commissions with the flexibility of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain relationships with business clients in the printing and packaging sector.
• Research prospects and follow through on qualified sales opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid value-based arguments.
• Report and provide feedback to management using CRM and sales data tools.

• Proven B2B sales experience in the printing, packaging, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Familiar with different sales strategies and prospecting techniques.

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary).
• Competitive commission rates with uncapped earning potential.
• Our top performers typically earn between $5,000–$15,000/month, depending on sales volume.
