Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Join a Team of Care Creators
Are you an RDA who wants more than just a "job"? At Turlock Dental Care, we are more than just dental professionals—we are Care Creators, uniting hospitality, health, and expertise to bring smiles to life. We are committed to creating an experience where patients and team members feel like there is “no place else” they would rather be.
If you are looking for a role where you can just “clock in and out,” this is not the place. But if you want to grow, be challenged, and make an impact, you’ll thrive here.
Who You Are
We are seeking an ambitious, growth-minded individual who is eager to build an inspirational company and grow themselves. You will thrive with us if you:
- Take 100% Ownership: No excuses, no blame.
- Have a Growth Mindset: You actively seek feedback and are a lifelong learner.
- Operate with a “We” Mentality: You never say “that’s not my job” and enjoy the collaborative process.
- Take Initiative: You are self-motivated, proactive, and don't wait to be told what to do.
- Communicate with Clarity: You are an excellent communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to our guests.
What You Will Do
As an RDA, your role is about anticipating, elevating, and owning the patient experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:
- Clinical Excellence: Assist chairside with precision, take high-quality digital x-rays and intraoral scans (iTero), and maintain strict sterilization standards.
- Patient Experience: Greet guests with warmth and confidence, practice active listening, and ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.
- Operational Support: Anticipate doctor needs, maintain operatory readiness for efficient room turnover, and document treatment interactions accurately.
- Team Contribution: Work seamlessly within the "Clinical Trinity" and step in wherever needed to support the front or back office.
How Success is Measured
We focus on outcomes that can be measured and celebrated:
- Efficiency: Average room turnover time targeted under 10 minutes.
- Quality: High percentage of X-rays or iTero scans completed on the first attempt.
- Patient Care: Seating patients within 5 minutes of check-in and receiving positive mentions in patient reviews.
- Accuracy: 100% of clinical notes and post-op instructions documented daily.
Why You’ll Love It Here
We believe in caring for our team with the same intentionality we show our guests. We commit to:
- Investing in your growth through professional development and leadership opportunities.
- Recognizing your unique value with monthly incentives and celebrating your contributions.
- Providing a balanced environment that feels like a second home.
Qualifications:
- Active RDA license (Required).
- CPR certification.
- $21/hr+, dependent upon experience.
