Sales Representative – B2B Technology Sales

Location:
Tampa, FL (In-person & Field Sales Role)

Pay:
$50,000 – $150,000+ per year
(Base salary + uncapped commission)

Position Overview

We’re hiring driven and coachable Sales Representatives to join our high-performance team. You’ll help local businesses upgrade their document technology, streamline operations, and save money—while earning serious commission.

This is a consultative, solution-based sales role. You’ll be supported by in-house lead generation, world-class training, and a leadership team that wins with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B customers in your territory
  • Follow up on leads
  • Develop expertise in copier leasing, service plans, and bundled tech solutions
  • Maintain your pipeline and deal progress in our CRM
  • Represent ClearView’s brand in client meetings, networking events, and local outreach

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred (copier, office tech, IT, or related)
  • Strong communication and closing skills, both in person and over the phone
  • High level of personal drive, professionalism, and integrity
  • Willingness to learn and grow through daily coaching and team training
  • Reliable transportation and ability to visit businesses in the field

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year
  • OTE: $90,000–$120,000/year (uncapped commission)
