Job Overview
NECC Controls is seeking a result driven HVAC Sales Representative to support our continued growth. If you're passionate about HVAC, driven by solutions, and thrive in a customer-focused environment—this role is for you.

Minimum of 5 years HVAC Parts Sales Experience is Required.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations from our expanding catalog.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and outbound calling (at least 30-40 outbound calls a day)
  • Confident in hosting Lunch & Learns and temporarily making outside sales calls to drive business growth.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations in collaboration with vendors or independently.
  • Use our CRM system to plan daily activities, track communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor competitive trends and suggest improvements to products, services, or sales strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up.
  • Continuously grow your industry and product knowledge through training, collaboration, and independent study.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, help where needed and support your colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC parts sales, you know the products and the customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and engaging with customers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM software.
  • A team player who brings integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
