Sales Representative

Job Description

NECC is looking for a motivated team member who can identify opportunities, position solutions, and sell to new and existing customers across our expanding portfolio of products and services. This role will also focus on developing and strengthening relationships with existing accounts and referral networks.

HVAC PARTS SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

Candidates must have proven sales experience, be comfortable making at least 120 calls per week, including cold calling and prospecting, and be coachable with a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by learning and adapting to an expanding product portfolio and effectively communicating value to drive sales
• Manage existing accounts, process orders, provide updates, and resolve issues
• Engage customers and prospects through product presentations, independently or with vendor support
• Develop new business by planning and organizing a daily prospecting schedule
• Utilize CRM to plan activities and track all communications
• Recommend improvements in products, services, and policies based on market feedback
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, developing solutions, and following through
• Maintain product and industry knowledge through training and collaboration
• Support team efforts and contribute wherever needed

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (HVAC parts sales required)
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (120+ per week)
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills
• Coachable with a willingness to develop professionally
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
