About Us: Superior Restoration All American Construction Services specializes in hurricane cleanup, storm response, demolition, excavation, remodeling, and infrastructure work for mobile home parks, RV resorts, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on delivering fast, tailored solutions with the highest level of integrity.

About the Role: We’re seeking self-motivated, results-driven, full time sales representative to expand our client base across the Southeast. You’ll identify prospects, build relationships, and secure contracts for construction projects. This is a perfect role for someone with industry connections or a proven track record in B2B sales. The company office is based in Eustis FL, can work remote from anywhere in the state, travel required as needed.

Role Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and commercial clients
Present our capabilities and service offerings effectively
Prepare estimates for project bids
Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth project handoff
Maintain a pipeline and meet agreed-upon sales targets

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales (construction, property management, or related fields preferred)
Self-starter with strong networking skills and a hunter mentality
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with decision-makers
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client meetings
Understanding of construction or property management industry a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in or will train to use JobTread and HubSpot

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
