Amy Jordan is a senior editorial writer on Indeed’s Enterprise Content Marketing team. As a writer and editor for Lead with Indeed, Amy focuses on topics like work wellbeing, responsible AI, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB+) to help employers attract and retain talent and support better work for all. She’s passionate about elevating the voices of marginalized groups in discussions about the future of work and hiring.

Amy has extensive experience developing a variety of content for agencies, brands and entrepreneurs, with ghostwritten thought leadership pieces featured in publications such as Fast Company, Business Insider and Chief Executive. Prior to joining Indeed, she honed her communication skills first as a publicist and PR manager, then as a freelance writer helping business executives build their personal brands online through social media, newsletter and website content, as well as bylined articles.

Amy currently resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband, two sons and two Boston Terriers. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Radio-TV-Film and a Bachelor of Journalism. For her first job, she spent a summer working in a department store in the West Texas town of Odessa, where she was born and raised.
