To find out, Indeed recently surveyed more than 14,500 women across 11 countries — Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

What did we find? Despite economic and cultural differences, women worldwide face similar challenges. A gender gap persists, spanning industries and countries. And, while employers in many global markets have made strides in supporting women at work, there’s still a long way to go.
