**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a Crew Foreman with a Class A CDL and experience operating heavy equipment and pouring/finishing concrete to join our team and provide leadership and support to our highway construction crews. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transporting personnel, equipment, and materials to job sites, enabling leading a crew to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

-Lead Excavation and Concrete Crew..

-Manage work schedule, hotel bookings, and expenses for construction crew.

-Communicate with Superintendents and Operations Manager

- Operate CDL Class A vehicles to transport highway sign construction crews, equipment, and materials to job sites throughout the designated area.

- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials, ensuring proper securing and safe handling at all times.

- Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate logistics and optimize workflow, contributing to the timely completion of projects.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns related to transportation and logistics.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and deliveries, following company protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and adherence to all DOT regulations.

- Minimum of 2 year of experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in the transportation or construction industry.

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed for the position.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with construction crews and supervisors.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, as needed to support project schedules. No weekend work is required.

- Knowledge of highway construction processes and safety protocols is a plus.
