Construction Laborer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Must be able to pass drug test
• Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas on-site
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
• Support with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete or other materials as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure working environment for everyone on site
• Help with loading and unloading supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials
• Perform general site cleanup to keep work areas organized and hazard-free

Experience

• Preferably some carpentry experience but not necessary
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
• Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as key qualities
