Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Sales Reps to join our growing team at Reflections.

Reflections - Sales Rep Application – Servicing Cape Girardeau, MO

Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

Pay: Performance-Based Commission (uncapped earning potential) starting at 10% sales commissions + Bonus, $50 Bonus for first sale of the month between all salespeople, Milestones first to $5k in sales, etc.

About the Role:

Reflections is looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help expand our client base by connecting with homeowners and businesses through door-to-door outreach and cold calling. No prior sales experience? No problem—we provide full training to help you succeed. If you are looking for something different with no ceiling pay, then this is the job for you, but it's not easy and requires attention to detail and phenomenal people skills; if you master them, it can be life-changing.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors and/or make cold calls to generate new leads
• Present Reflections’ Exterior Cleaning services in a professional, engaging way
• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and earn performance bonuses, such as a $50 bonus for the first sale of the month and milestone achievement bonus' such as first $5k in sales

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and handle a lot of walking and door-to-door outreach

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
