Experience will depend on title/location

All in all, it's a retail experience. I joined Sephora because they seemed to do things differently than other beauty retailers. Takes advantage of employees passion

Sephora takes advantage of their employees. They do not pay enough to match the skills employees provide. Most employees cannot afford to live in the areas they work in.
