ERAU has great benefits and competitive salaries. It used to be a fun place to work until they closed the extended campus locations.

The university is evolving into a totally online institution. They are also waging a serious campaign to recruit students straight from high school. Not-for-profit private university is a oxymoron.

It is branded as the best aerospace higher education institute in the world. The reality is that it charges the students a lot of money to attend, and it pays employees both staff and faculty low wage and salary.
