As an afni call representative, I would receive around 25 to 35 calls per day. Afni as a company would represent Verizon, and I would help customers solve their issues like, paying bills, buying or hearing about new phones/equipment. Typical call center

Typical call center. Inbound only calls. Two paid 15 minute breaks and one unpaid 30 minute lunch. You do get PTO, but you have to accrue it. It goes towards anytime you call in sick or request time off. Occasionally get time off phones for training....Show more
