There's a lot financially that is questionable and scares the R&D Department, but as a chemist you learn a lot and very fast, especially starting out. Management is good, but could be better at being more transparent with all levels of employment....Show more

I was on contract assignment there at Avon. While I was there, I enjoyed working in the Quality Control/Assurance group testing the products, using the machines in the lab, and always testing the products so that it met the excellent standards....Show more
