Zero direction, totally alone with no help, rigid policies

I’ve never worked for a company where management gave you absolutely no help and no direction on how to get help. This company hired me to be a manager and all I did was pick up garbage for 14hrs straight day after day. No time to recruit and no other way to hire help due to rigid policies. The company started off great, they then eliminated positions and demanded way more work from their employees

The company started off well with providing support to their District Managers and from them their teams. They then hired a new Director of Operations who knew nothing of the business and his favorite phrase was "I don't care just fix it." Need for experienced managers in Property management

They preach about culture but they don’t follow it. Not open for input from team members with years of experience. Very high turnover because upper management doesn’t listen to the basics of customer needs....Show more
