Not a great environment

They do no real advertising. They do cold calls and door knocking. The in house leads are not exclusive, and largely inaccurate. Most are months old. Some nice bonus opportunities but overall, just a terrible place to work. ...Show more

Great training and matching

They have great training and matching program for new agents. Mostly younger agents with a handful who have been around for a while but hardly ever in the office.

Job isn’t what you think

If you need money to survive and can’t afford to go two months without getting paid don’t take this job. Only work here if you have nothing to loose and can live off of your savings for a while.
