If you are in tech support, day to day can be difficult dealing with difficult customers who have a huge sense of entitlement. Great company. Good work life balance. Good pay. Great people. But even if you were the top of the review, which was difficult to get- raises were meager, but stock was given. Again, you had to wait for it. My manager was great. If you don't accept a position, don't expect another one.
