The culture is amazing. Very open and there are numerous groups to be involved with. If you are in tech support, day to day can be difficult dealing with difficult customers who have a huge sense of entitlement. Great company. Good work life balance. Good pay. Great people. But even if you were the top of the review, which was difficult to get- raises were meager, but stock was given. Again, you had to wait for it. My manager was great. If you don't accept a position, don't expect another one.
