Good Place but Up or Out culture

It was overall a good place to work for. A lot of learning opportunities. You will need boss support to get promoted. Therefore its better to start as a staff and continue to do so at 1 office, otherwise its really hard to get someone's support. Up or Out culture, so if you do not make it to Director...Show more

Working 10 hours a day is a given and expected and any last minute urgent stuff is expected to be sorted asap without any if's or but's. You are supposed to sort and fix all the issues without having to get your manager to get involved, etc.Training opportunities were great but now is all offshore....Show more
