I loved the people and the benefits. I think we built some really great software. The problem was the direction of the overall products.Maybe it's better and more focused now, but when I left there was still this feeling that a lot of duplicate work was ongoing and no one was really sure what to prioritize.

The company gives good pay, and great benefits. As a software engineer there is a large legacy of old systems that take a while to get up to speed.
