Could be better

Benefits are good. Good amount of paid time off and paid holidays. Free tuition for colleagues. Poor communication between departments. Overworked, under-rewarded and recognized for hard work. Pay raises are small and don’t keep up with inflation.

Productive Educational Environment

Worked 10 hours providing assistance to students with both their academics and finances. I was able to gain a thorough understanding of Title IV funding.
