Reviews about Pay and benefits for Stylist in Stitch Fix
October 7, 2025
Flexible and relaxed place to work
Stylist
Remote
As long as you do your work and stay focused its a great place to work part time or even as a side gig for extra income. I have a wonderful manager and I believe that helps so much.

Decent side job
Remote Stylist
Remote
Pros: Flexible hours, remote, fun styling platform. Cons: unrealistic metrics you have to maintain (100% efficiency is expected even if inventory is lagging or technical difficulties), pay is capped at 19.25 an hour after three years.

Good work, no full time
Senior stylist
Remote
I love my clients and the work is great. Remote work with a flexible schedule is wonderful but not having the option of full time, benefits or pto is challenging
