Fun work environment for night owls and college kids

Working here is not glamorous but it is fun for movie buffs. I was a manager and I found time went by quickly because of how much time I spent curbing guest satisfaction issues. Love the job, hate the hourly

Cant justify working without overtime pay, as most of these theaters operate as "entertainment" and weren't required to offer it. 70 hour week on star wars opening night isn't as rewarding as it should be making base pay.
