Previously, Davis was Senior Vice President of ESG and Vice President of Inclusion at Indeed. Before Indeed, Davis held HR, D&I and culture roles at Google, PayPal and Twilio.
LaFawn serves on the board of the World Wellbeing Movement and as an advisory board member of Lesbians Who Tech. LaFawn is also a limited partner in Operator Collective and an angel investor and fellow of the Black Venture Institute. She has been listed among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Impact, and Fast Company’s Queer50.
LaFawn’s first job as a high school sophomore was as an apprentice for a Black-owned florist.
