Good team building, stressful expectations

I thouroughly enjoyed working at Starbucks for 3 years, however recent changes and growing demand from partners without increasing pay or benefits has changed this company from the joy to work at it once was. Overall not too bad though.

Pretty fun workplace..for the most part.

It was fun while it lasted, great benefits, and great people to be around. Management was cool, superrr leanient. My main reason for leaving was that I was not receiving enough hours, and I was at the max hourly rate for a barista. But other than that, it was a really great workplace.
