PNC is a really great company, but the management in the Central Ohio area for retail banking is awful. Management seems to drive away top talent due to unnecessary micro management. Very challenging to get a salary increase even if you are a top producer....Show more

PNC has great benefits but is making so many changes to your position but not being realistic with those new changes. It’s almost like PNC is getting to be too large but is forgetting how that all became possible…their team.
