I like my team
Clinical Research Associate
Work in an fsp. I really like my team but there is no promotions unless you move fsp and the pay is on the low end. They’ve taken away a lot of benefits and perks and keep the work piled on so moral is down

Over working . You will stay busy all the time and they never want to see you not busy. Pay is good. You will definitely learn a lot and the traveling is a lot.
