High pressure job, lots of criticism, no advancement

There's too much work, and your manager doesn't care. I was working weekends and nights, never got appreciated for it. They expect absolute perfect results in tight timeframes with high site loads, and they never listen to you. I felt overworked and underappreciated, and I had perfect performance reviews....Show more
