Good place for young adults.

Salary doesn't match the amount of work performed

The best part about this job is that you are based on a 12 point scale for absences. However, the pay does not match the amount of work that agents do. We are held to a standard and are not given the proper amount of tools I feel to reach those goals. Management isn't the best....Show more
