Good place to work as a beginner estie as that have good training and they give you clients from their database. They have good skincare lines and easy protocols for facials.

For me this job has been amazing! I’ve been very pleased with the continuing education opportunities. Our managers are great at making workshops happen multiple times a year with our product reps which is huge for me. They also pay for your licensing renewal fees and I appreciate that as well. Good for starting out

No real training opportunities in Midwest. Limited room to grow. No health benefits. The clients are the best part. Definitely depends on your location.
