The people at this company are really great to work with however the heavy workload does not reflect the pay. Work 35-40 hours a week doing door to door and some events. Great manager, not great if you're not good in sales

If you are good in sales. Yes take the job, it comes easy for some. Company has great products, but if you don't make your quota you get strikes pretty quickly.
