Reviews about Pay and benefits for Project Manager in Bank of America

Ok company

I didn’t feel like they truly cared about employees well being. There are constant re orgs and layoffs. Pay and benefits were decent. A lot depends on your manager

Culture, Innovation, People

These 3 areas are reason a that keep me at BOA. The people are great to partner with to get projects done and they hire intelligent associates to get to the finish line. The performance rating process can be a bit tough so make sure to negotiate a good salary when you are hired.

Great place to work

During my time at the bank, I had wonderful co-workers and rarely worked overtime. They provide great events, benefits, and vacation time. There was limited exposure to senior leadership but had townhalls to keep in communication
