Fast paced, lot's of work, little time, not enough people

High stress low support but with potential

Expect to live in the store. They expect the salary manager to live in the store and provide little support. I was thrown into a understaffed store with little training and expected to perform without error. Could be a much better place to work if the proper support was in place. No work life balance

Long hours no home life 6 day work week mandatory. Limited hours to ration out for your employees. Limited help from district manager. Love the physical part of my job. Alot is expected from the company for 1 person. Employees come and go because they can't make a living....Show more
