Been there over 11 years and advancing is difficult unless you are in the “in” crowd. Work is cool and interesting. The company is large and works in many different areas. Pay is good and benefits are okay (high deductible plans)

Teams are awesome and live Fridays off along with a flexible work schedule. Only downfall is management can be out of touch at the VP level with not knowing what is attainable by a certain time for the customer.
