Good coworkers and training. Being able to work from home is a plus. There are the usual cons of customer service work like upset customers and low pay. Days can be long.

I’m lucky as I got good stable project but too stagnant, no career growth. Internal posting very hard to get. Low increment every year less than rm100 & no bonus.

They continually seek out feedback from staff annually and try to incorporate the majority consenus of requests for improvement.
