Very toxic work environment

Terrible workplace. This was my first experience working in vetmed and it will be my last. I have never felt so unwelcome at a job before. It only gets two stars because the pay and benefits are good.

PM doesn’t know anything about vet medicine, she never even worked at a vet until banfield and they hired her as a PM. They tell you all this great stuff when they hire you but none of it is true. You are overworked and very underpaid. Oh and there are no yearly raises. They will give you more responsibilities...Show more
